KT&G (formerly Korea Tobacco & Ginseng) is a South Korean tobacco and pharmaceutical company, known for its popular domestic cigarette brands and its subsidiaries Korea Ginseng Corporation (ginseng products), Cosmocos (cosmetics), SangSang Stay (hotel development) and Yungjin Pharm (pharmaceuticals). The company is expanding in international markets, especially eastern markets where its Esse brand is popular.
